How to Participate
Join a video call
You can participate to online Activities or experiences held by myHolidayActivities' activity providers using Skype/Zoom platforms. Once Activity is confirmed and booked, you’ll get an email invite link for Skype or Zoom meeting 48 hours prior to activity session. You can participate either using your web browser or thru Zoom/Skype app. Before the Activity session, make sure you’re logged into your meeting IDs and you’ve checked your mic and camera to avoid any disturbance.

What Are You Doing
The last year has been chaotic for a lot of us. A new world is coming about and we don't know where we stand in it if it's even safe to stand in it, and what we want from it. 2021 must be the year of change. Where we decide what we want, what we want to become and how we're going to do it. And it starts with you. This event is about giving you the tools to make the change yourself, to root yourself in the identity you would like to create and to give you simple but effective processes to be able to lay a new foundation that won't be shaken. From changing your values and identity to bolstering your health, usage of time and task management and energising your mindset, physiology and how you communicate with yourself and others, this event is the best friend who gives you advice and helps you set yourself straight. Of course, there's also tons of energy and fun to be had along the way...after all....surely empowerment is there to make you feel great! Life is too serious to be taken too seriously. So make it what you want it to be, and this time next year, you'll be the one who's laughing.

What Else Can I Get?
In this class, we will be identifying roles in a team, identifying where you are now and where you want to get to (the 7 part pyramid) and I will be teaching you how to replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones while aligning your values. Not only will this class help you within your professional life but I will also be giving you tips on how to improve your lifestyle on a personal level. Participants will leave this class having learnt about: • Time/task management organisation • Common sense time management • Small dietary hacks • Getting into a peak state with vocabulary physiology and mentality • Creating systems and habits that support you + habit linking • Transforming that inner voice in your head with submodalities • Personal kindness – rewarding yourself physically, with dopamine hits, tracking time, and how to pull yourself towards your goals rather than push. • Reading body language Pictures can be sent at the end
