Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

MyHolidayActivities allows consumers to choose from any of its four standardized cancellation policies (Open, Mild, Rigid and Firm) which we have implemented to safeguard both Activity Session providers and consumers. The Firm cancellation policy requires a 30-day advanced notice before Activity Sessions begin while the Rigid cancellation policy requires a 15- day advanced notice before Activity Sessions begin. Our site will provide a listing of each provider’s cancellation policy. Consumers may cancel and review any penalties by viewing their program and then clicking “Cancel” on the correct provider/Activity Sessions.

Open: Full refund two days before Activity Session starts except for Administration fees.

  • Consumers who wish to cancel and seek refund payment for any Activity Session booked through us are required to contact the specific Activity Supplier (Host) and make such requests known.
  • Each Activity Supplier (Host) has its own cancellation and refund policy, therefore consumers are responsible for making themselves aware of such and any change associated with these before booking the Activity Session.
  • In the event of default payment by a specific Activity Supplier (Host), MyHolidayActivities shall not be held responsible for refunding any amount and/or interest for any cancellation request made by any consumer.
  • MyHolidayActivities shall deduct payment collection and payment gateway charges collected by us from all refund payments.
  • A program is officially cancelled once the consumer clicks the cancellation button on our cancellation approval page.
  • No refund will be granted if no cancellation was requested

2 days before

Activity Session Starts

Full refund except for Administration charges of 5% 30 days and if later, 50 % up to Activity Session Start Day

For a full refund of Activity Session fees, cancellation must be done 2 full days (48 hours before) the Activity Session begins, administration fees of 5% will be charged

 

Sunday - Monday
August 22-23

If Activity Session begins on Monday and cancellation is done less than 48 hours, a 50% administration fee will be charged.

Mild: Full refund 1 week before Activity Session starts except for Administration fees.

  • Consumers who wish to cancel and seek refund payment for any Activity Session booked through us are required to contact the specific Activity Supplier (Host) and make such requests known.
  • Each Activity Supplier (Host) has its own cancellation and refund policy, therefore consumers are responsible for making themselves aware of such and any change associated with these before booking the Activity Session.
  • In the event of default payment by a specific Activity Supplier (Host), MyHolidayActivities shall not be held responsible for refunding any amount and/or interest for any cancellation request made by any consumer.

Monday
August 22

If class begins on Monday and cancellation is done 1 week before Activity Session starts, a 50% administration fee will be charged.

Rigid: Full refund 15 days before Activity Session starts except for Administration fees.
