Booking with gift voucher issue

I'm trying to book backpacking activity with gift voucher. But my gift voucher code is not working. it says invalid code. Can anyone help me here?

Hi Please go to your Gift Voucher Dashboard. See the Gift Card details. There are two possibilities for Invalid code. 1) if Date of Gift Card is Expired and you haven't used it within one month. 2) if Gift Card code is already used. please confirm these two possibilities and then try or buy new one.
